Session Recap
Thriving in Teams: From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed!
Renee Dineen, Keynote Speaker
In this keynote, Renee will debunk some of the more traditional concepts of what makes a great team, moving beyond what a team does and how it delivers, into the more intimate experience of what it feels like to be a member of that team.
Corporate Transparency Act
Pia Angelikis and Eric Geringswald
This session is to help educate the NPRRA membership on the current Federal Legislation commonly referred to as the CTA. We’ll discuss the history of the bill, where we are regarding the implementation of the bill, next steps, and how this might impact registered agents, our clients, and the Secretaries of States.
Turning Meaning into Momentum: Learning to Say No So We Can Say Hell Yes!
Renee Dineen, Keynote Speaker
While we absolutely make an impact on the world through our actions, our actions should be an extension of who we are. Instead, what we do has become the definition of who we are. As a result, we have lost our way. We have blurred the relationship between who we are and what we do. We have given up our power and lost connection to our soul’s desires. At an organizational level, we have sacrificed engagement for outcomes at the expense of our people and no one truly wins. How would it feel instead, to know deep down as a leader that you are saying yes to the right things for the right reasons? You are saying yes, not because you must but because you want to. As a result, everything you and your teams say yes to is an intention you make with full commitment to achieve without taking you down!
Stump the Chump
Kevin Roberts and Paul Hodnefield
This lively session will give attendees the opportunity to pose questions on any UCC-related topic to the “experts.” Come prepared with the hardest questions and scenarios you can think of on the topic. While most will want to “Stump the Chump aka Expert,” the responses to most questions will be educational for all and always lead to further education.
